(at least the day before).

Breakfast is served every morning between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Ben prepares his breads, brioches, viennoiseries, jams and chocolate spreads with pleasure and enthusiasm. 

Dairy products, cold meats and hot preparations are all sourced locally.
